Wind was very variable. 6.7m Ok but well overpowered at times. Gybing practice in the bay - made some fast planing exits and quite a few crashes. First part of gybe is OK with good speed and lots of pressure through the front hand, but I tend to hold on too long clew first before changing feet and flipping rig. Also tend to pull the rig back and choke the power and sink the tail.
